To open a support ticket, follow the steps below
If you have not yet sign in, Click Here to log into your account
Step 1: Click on "My Account" to enter your account
Step 2: Under Service & Support click on "Open a New Support Ticket"
Here, you have the choice to create a billing, sales, or support request
Step 3: Select one of the three options to create a new support request
Step 4: Once you fill out the form, click [Submit]
A ticket has now been created with the confirmation number. You will also receive an email confirming your request
